Digital downloads

Because the product is delivered immediately as a digital file, purchases are generally final once the download is made, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Technical problems

If payment succeeds but the download fails, PHITEK LLC will provide a replacement download after verifying the purchase. Duplicate or unauthorized charges will be reviewed promptly.

Before launch

Add the company’s official support email, expected response time, and any jurisdiction-specific cancellation rights before accepting live payments.
